Dispute and Conflict Resolution

Home Workshops Public Workshops Dispute and Conflict Resolution

Do you struggle with managing conflict? You’re not alone!

Managers and business owners spend almost 50% of their time trying to get people to agree on issues required to keep customers happy and business moving. Now imagine how much energy you would save if you could learn how to resolve troubled relationships in less time. If you want to reduce the time, energy, and stress you currently spend in dealing with conflicts, this workshop can help.

Who Should Attend?

If you lead others, this session can make a positive difference by helping you develop strategies that reduce interpersonal conflict, clarify expectations and increase productivity. It can also help you avoid potential legal problems by preventing claims of harassment and inappropriate behaviour.

How You’ll Benefit:

In this session, you’ll learn about the dynamics of conflict while maintaining the integrity of the relationship including:

• The impact of your personal conflict style

• How perceptions influence emotional choices during conflicts

• The cycle of conflict escalation

• The role of your “hot buttons”

• Using your most effective style to relate to difficult people

• Explore negotiation styles to settle disputes

What’s our Approach?

No endless PowerPoint presentations here. We use interactive approaches geared to your learning style, plus lots of discussions and learning from each other. The result is a learning environment that is fun and has an immediate transfer to the work environment.
