- Schedule – learn how to organize and create a schedule to keep your project on time
- Time – Efficiency strategies to allow for family and work commitments outside your project
- Trade Choices/General Contractors – Tips to avoid unscrupulous or intimidating contractors

Michael Collins
Mike brings over 30 years’ experience in planning, scheduling and managing renovation and new build projects. Mike graduated from the Construction Engineering Technician Program, Loyalist College. He holds a Red Seal Carpenter license, Gold Seal Superintendent Certificate (Canadian Construction Association), and is a member of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering and Technologists. Mike has managed his own rental properties for over 25years and was a member of REIN (Real Estate Investment Network) along with other investment clubs.
