We will make apple & pumpkin fillings to fill your pie shells! Even beginner bakers will learn to bake like a professional. Bring with you a digital scale (if possible), plus an apron & containers to take your pies home.

In this class you will learn how to make and bake a chocolate cake from start to finish including how to cut, assemble and ice your cake plus how to decorate it to perfection. Even if you are a beginner baker you will learn to bake like a professional.

Let’s do our cookies for the holiday season in one day. As part of a team, you will make several different recipes and go home with a variety of cookies. Also included is a discussion and demonstration of homemade edible gifts. Great ideas in a world where personal effort and touch are often missing in gifts.
