This course will cover the Performance Appraisal process. At the end of this course, participants will be able to write a comprehensive job description, understand how to document employee performance and how to complete and conduct a performance appraisal meeting.

Week Two: Document Employee Performance (Year Round process)
Week Three: Complete a Performance Appraisal Form
Week Four: Conduct the Performance Appraisal Meeting.
