Emotional intelligence is a crucial skill for personal and professional development.  It means the ability to understand our own emotions more clearly and to read others more accurately and successfully.

Emotional Intelligence as a Life Skill helps you to develop and build on your own Emotional Intelligence by offering tailored skills that work for you.  Drawing on the insights of the Enneagram Personality Assessment Tool, this program will deliver insights into your own work, management, problem solving, leadership and relationship style, while offering practical suggestions for enhancing these skills.

Offered as either in introductory half-day or deeper-dive full day course, Emotional Intelligence as a Life Skill will provide an essential tool kit for your professional and personal growth.

**This course requires 20-30 min of pre-work before attending the session.
