How to Build Trust
Yes or no; this is often how we answer the question “can I trust that person?” Using this binary definition of trust tends to be our natural preset which comes with the benefit of self-preservation but at the cost of more difficult work relationships. In this two-hour program participants will expand their understanding of trust, revealing a multi-layered approach to extending it to others, all while taking into account the moments that people watch us most closely to judge how to trust in return. Along the way, they’ll uncover the benefits of this new approach to trust, backed by research and data.
