In this two-hour program participants will learn how our brains naturally live in the world of assumptions and how we live in the stories we tell ourselves about the people and situations around us. Though this tends to be our natural way of thinking, living in assumptions can be draining, sometimes leading to negative spirals and living in a state of heightened stress. Climb down the Ladder of Inference with us and discover how curiosity and a little non-invasive brain surgery can keep you out of these assumptions and bolster your resilience.
