Building Effective Staff Retention Strategies
This two-hour workshop is designed for HR leaders as well as Managers, Supervisors and Team Leads.
Your employee retention strategy should always be a priority. Some organizations are challenged with the new normal of remote work; other organizations might not have this option. Regardless, existing or future employees have a wide range of employers to evaluate – more than ever before. Thus, the challenge of building an effective staff retention strategy.
The question is, what have you done so far, and what new strategies might be available to you? In this two-hour workshop, you will be sent a survey a week before the session to share what strategies your organization currently utilizes for staff retention. The survey results will help to define the workshop.
In the workshop, we will discuss what you are currently doing, and what opportunities are available to you. Then we will discuss, the ‘how’ in implementing some of these strategies – at the 10,000 foot level. It will be an opportunity to consider all possibilities and think outside of the ‘retention’ box. Participants will leave the workshop with several recommended ‘strategies and methods’ to build staff engagement.
