Leadership in Manufacturing

The Leadership in Manufacturing micro-credential will provide emerging learners with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead and strengthen their front-line in a manufacturing setting.  Through practical learning experiences, this 6-week program provides key knowledge and insight into supervisory and leadership fundamentals.  Vital concepts are explored including the importance of building emotional intelligence, develop a team, manage change, and resolving conflict.

Hybrid Delivery (6 hrs Online; 24 hrs In-Person)

Online – Jan 30-March 6, 2026 (approx. 1 hour of online work a week)

In-class
