Construction CampJUL 24-28 (REGISTRATION CLOSED – CAMP FULL) AUG 14-18 (REGISTRATION CLOSED – CAMP FULL) AUG 21-25 (REGISTRATION CLOSED – CAMP FULL) Welcome to Construction Camp! In this SKILLS-based program, campers will have the opportunity to design and create their own unique item. Whether it’s a piece of furniture, a toy, or a piece of artwork, campers will bring their ideas to life using various construction techniques and tools. Campers will learn about design principles such as balance, proportion and symmetry, and how to incorporate them into their creations. By the end of the week, campers will have a deeper understanding and appreciation of construction and design, and how it can be used to create unique and meaningful objects. For safety reasons, campers are required to wear long pants, closed-toed shoes, have no dangling jewelry, and no clothing with drawstrings (e.g. hoodie or jogging pant strings).
