Are you aware of the 7 key pieces of legislation that impact the way you manage on a daily basis? If not, a single slip-up can lead to claims of harassment or land you in front of the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, Ontario Labour Relations Board or civil court proceedings, costing you thousands of dollars not to mention fines, penalties, and outcomes you may not like.

Everything from hiring, health and safety, to human rights, to protection of privacy, handling of social media and technology, to discipline and termination as well as managing “accommodation requests” and workplace mental health.
